  • We currently offer property management for single family homes and commercial properties in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Corrales, Bernalillo and Los Lunas.

  • We will list your property for rent and secure qualified tenants, without accepting any money from you up front!

  • We will videotape your home and post a virtual tour online for easy advertising and to keep record of the condition.

  • All our tenants undergo a professional screening, which checks their history against a national database.

  • We return all phone calls we receive before 4:00pm the same day. All calls after 4:00pm will be returned no later than 12:00pm the following business day.

  • We all carry wireless mobile devices and can communicate with you via email anytime.

  • We offer you direct deposits every month along with a statement accounting for all activity on your home.

  • Our Qualifying Broker has over 10 years of experience in property management and adheres to the highest standards in the industry.

  • Our account managers all have 4-year degrees and are licensed as professional agents.
